Now, on carnivore, is there a way to improve constipation?
Drink plenty of water. A magnesium supplement can also help.
Now, on carnivore, is there a way to improve constipation?
First thing to remember is that meat produces a lot less waste than other foods so not "going" every day is not at all uncommon.I have an issue since I was a kid, that is constipation. Since I've got into keto last November, it got way worse. My workaround before carnivore was to eat half avocado every other day, it helped. Now, on carnivore, is there a way to improve constipation? I am ruling out avocado and other vegetables, so I am getting fat from butter (and ghee butter), fat red meat, bacon etc.
Oh stop it you... we've only got roast chicken tonight and now I want steak!
Fasting glucose 3.5 mmol/L
COMAD is turning me into a metabolic gold medalist![]()
Jim, what sort of quantity do you eat for your COMAD? I’ve got my regular OMAD ability back after a long period but get ravenous days after a few days - yesterday was one such hungry day despite having felt stuffed after the one meal the previous 2 days.
Got to cater for the other members of my family. I grew up on Encona and have this on my oven baked Seabass / Bream.I have tried the Nando's sauces and they are a bit tame. For a sauce to add to things this is the one.. http://www.enconasauces.co.uk/product-range/caribbean/encona-west-indian-original-hot-pepper-sauce/
There is also an extra hot version but that is just silly.
And thriving I'm guessing..?Today marks my one year carniversary. Twelve months to the day since I ate anything outside of the animal kingdom. Nothing to be especially proud of, admittedly, but the point being I’m still alive![]()
And thriving I'm guessing..?
Our butcher Des, is trying out another new product. Bovinecetta.
For people who can't eat pork, or for people who just want to try something different.

It may be just meat July, but dairy is still on the list here. Carnivore pizza for me tonight. Becoming a Friday night tradition. Delicious too.
