I have been training 5x a week for 1 hour i have been eating low carb i have been reading labels so, anything that's 5g per 100g or under
But somehow after my exercise and my meals my blood sugar is still high around 9-10 it doesn't come down after - and morning its around 11-12, - i am going to continue my exercise but i was wondering if the blood sugar being high may be due to my supplements i use,
I take
VitD 1-2,000IU
B12 1000yg
Magnesium 500mg
Vitamin C 1500mg
Coenzyme 30mg
I don't know if its due to my supplements, i try to stay away from buying them but somehow i get emails from Holland and barrett and offers and i do look up the benefits of the supplement too.
I have tried contacting my gp but they're busy its been 4 weeks now and no luck, won't let me book a appointment either.
If anyone knows if these supplements could be the reason why im still high i would appreciate any advice.
I wont be getting anymore.
