You are more than welcome. I may not know anything about The Big D but I do like to try to analyse my diet for nutes and vitsThat is amazing - thanks!

Two very accomplished pieces from you. I do like the colour used in both of these. Do I detect some flicking going on in the second work?Good morning everyone from a bracing. morning in the dark and dangerous north
The wonder wheel of slow roasted poitrine de porc avec red cabbage in the Viennese fashion came in at 4.8 this am; a sort of common market classic - completely ruined as we decide to talk in English during dinner.
Silas has been betrayed at Lantern Yard and is now hiding at home and Joe has now grabbed a monster bunch of electoral votes, equal to Mr Blobby who is now back from the golf coarse to see how his latest money making scheme “fund my court battles” is getting on.
Two again today - one on rice paper and some daily bamboo practice on lining paper.
This Diwali let us give thanks for all we hold dear. Have a wonderful day if you can. Time for koffy.

A hug for distressing technology, winner for sticking with it and capturing Popeye.Had a good morning, but then technology let me down this afternoon. Trying to marry devices to my speech processor. And them stubbornly refusing to play ball, even though were all set up to automatically connect. An hour later I am in a bad mood. So frustrating. I could have quite happily used an axe on the equipment.
Popeye opted to go to the potting shed despite the dark and stormy day. The feral cats had just been through my garden. And Popeye was wagging his tail furiously. I have on a harness and lead, but if any cat had appeared he was in fighting mode, and wanted the harness and lead off...
Absolutely not. So he said naughty words to me. Then he opted to go in the potting shed. I have checked on him a few times, but now it's just gone four pm and this is a dark and stormy afternoon. Rain is teeming down.
I had to set up a different technology system (but I need my original system for a better clarity of music, this one is blurred and music is just one noise with no variation in anything much, and not a joy or comfort to listen to.), and am managing with that solution. Bluetooth also wasn't playing ball for direct transmission to my speech processor. Something was interfering with it. This happens. Tomorrow the original system may work.
I was frustrated doing this painting in ZenBrush2 of a long Popeye as he was lying in my bed this morning taking up half the bed. Because I was in a bad mood this afternoon with the music problem. Then near the end I got into this digital painting. And another thing, is my brain is adjusting filling in this music to a bit of what I normally hear from it. The music noise is now filling out with a bit of what I usually hear from it, so now there is a bit more variation in the music. I have been playing the same song on repeat the last 2 hours. I cannot play music as a continuous loads of different songs as I assuming hearing people do. It becomes one continuous noise of annoying proportions for me with my cochlear processor. Playing a song on repeat for a few hours gives my brain a chance to get/pull something out of the music.
But the frustrating thing is that I have to start all over again tomorrow. My brain doesn't carry on this music 'learning' through until the next day or the next time I listen to the same piece of music. I have to start all over again.
I had better get that cat, it is teeming with rain, windy, and getting quite dark...
Cat asleep under my Berber fleece. It is unusual for him to sleep in a long manner like this. He is usually curled up in ball almost.

Thank you @gennepher, I do like to do landscapes in both traditional Chinese and also Japanese sumi-e styles. The blue on the bamboo was a bit of an experiment.I like both of these @dunelm
I can see so many different things in the top one. But I like the neatness of the bamboo in the bottom one, albeit with blue splashes...
Interesting stuff. The Alpha Linoleic Acid (ALA) contained in both flax and in chia does not seem to act in the same way as the DHA and EPA obtained in fish. Indeed it is quite hard for our internal chemical factory to convert ALA to EPA and perhaps not at all to DHA. ALA seems to have other benefits though, and may be associated with higher plasma insulin -yipee! Your gut seems happier if the flax seeds are ground as it gives them more availability - an interesting read can be found here .@RFSMarch and anyone else this may be helpful. As usual with all of this it comes down to who you believe but it is a starting point.
Ha ha! Thank you and yes - I did give in to the flick side. Two very accomplished pieces from you. I do like the colour used in both of these. Do I detect some flicking going on in the second work?![]()
Thank you for that. I read it quickly and took it to conclude that my mainstay meal of mackerel and avo salad with much flaxseed is ok. Was I on the right lines? As I said, my level of trust in most of these things is zero."

You are right - the problem has passed!!!Don't worry, your problem will pass. The solution is in motion. I mix 2 very large spoons of whole flaxseeds into my virtually daily salads for similar reasons. I've only ever used the powdered form of Psyllium husk. That problem is what I don't understand about the carni crew.
Thank you very much @Muddy CyclistA hug for distressing technology, winner for sticking with it and capturing Popeye.
Big hug for the utter frustration with uncooperative technology. A win though for perseverance and a cheeky sleek cat.Had a good morning, but then technology let me down this afternoon. I do have a great Keto bread recipe with psyllium husk and need to make some soup so hopefully... that will start to kick things in motion. Thank GOD I have not opted for the Carnivorous dinosaur diet! You are more than welcome. I may not know anything about The Big D but I do like to try to analyse my diet for nutes and vits
Another accomplished landscape. I like the way that the light bounces off the far shore and cascades onto the surface of the water - Cannock Chase offers so much for artists and look forward to seeing some semi abstract views.Finished my watercolour which I started Thursday. Fair Oak Pools on Cannock Chase, this view is looking across the first pool from the South side, the North side with its South facing bank is lit up by the sun. A4 about 90 minutes..

I'm going to try some Semi Abstract Autumn landscapes for the next few paintings.

Thank you. Cannock Chase is a small AONB, 25sq Miles much of it managed forest but it does have a diverse landscape and SACC and SSSI heathland and Oakwoods.Another accomplished landscape. Thank you. I like sunlit landscapes against dark skies.Moody sky yet colourful landscape at the same time @Muddy Cyclist
I like it.
I think that you are on a winner thereThank you for that. I read it quickly and took it to conclude that my mainstay meal of mackerel and avo salad with much flaxseed is ok. Was I on the right lines? As I said, my level of trust in most of these things is zero.
Could be down to poor management, maybe. Whilst I despair at our GOV I'm not sure we can lay everything at their door. This is a shining example of how well we lions are being led by donkeys.
