Good morning everyone on another promising start to the day in the dark and dangerous north
The wonder wheel of misfortune and deceit came in at 6.2 this am

A bad day at black rock yesterday - and no Spencer Tracy in sight. Slept most of the day, was in bed by 9, didn’t stir until 0730 and still feel as though I am missing out on sleep. Mrs Miggins on the other hand did 8 miles of the coastal path - same jab, same time, different result.

Art - Managed a misty morning in the park. Hope that everyone has a pleasant day. Time for koffy.

Spoke with our local pcso - bought her a coffee and she was telling me over the weekend they handed out 30 covid fines...can't people learn? I was incensed.

It is the same here in Norfolk. It is annoying that people are doing this. Good that at least some of them are being caught and fined.

Thank you - is it too curmudgeonly to say "Meh, the food fairy does what the food fairy does?" The lamb from here is wonderful as is all their meat because it is locally sourced, skilfully butchered and cared for. I could happily live in Chippenham, lovely church and amazing cricket ground. Have you visited Chippenham Hall?

Love your painting. Hope you feel a lot better very soon. I did read somewhere that it is a good sign if you get a reaction after the vaccine.

Very annoying as you say - we have friends who live in Bristol on the Harbourside and apparently it's just been carnage. The police there have been missing in action they tell me, but we should all take responsibility... We're not out this yet...
