OMG - THAT trifle...be still my beating heart. If I ate the thing, it might well stop anyway. The lamb shoulder sounds lovely, but unfortunately so does the desert. Mr K saw the advert in the 'i' today and was definitely tempted.

Nothing to forgive @BRSBRI@gennepher: confession time - I'm just writing up Wan's notes for you into a pdf...had a brace of work calls and another coming along at warp factor 6.
When MrsBRS chucks herself into bed at an early-ish hour (full on day it seems with urgent stuff at work herself) I'll pour myself a medium sized vat of Viognier and finish the task.
I'm on dinner duty - so here it is - being delivered needless to say - hot and sour soup for me, crispy seaweed and prawn toasts for madam; poached chicken in ginger and its own juices for me with greens and chilli infused winter Chinese veggies; for the boss-woman beef in spicy black bean sauce and steamed rice.
I get much needed brownie points as I smashed a vase trying to dodge Gerald the cat launching himself at the back door a couple of hours ago. Madness, innit.
Hope I'm forgiven @gennepher
No problem. A pleasure in fact...Nothing to forgive @BRSBRI
Thanks for taking the time out to do those notes.
I do appreciate it.
You are very busy.
Gerald the cat is a wee bit naughty causing you to smash the vase...
I'm currently drinking tea with this due to playing supermarket sweep in M and S. @BRSBRI @Krystyna23040 I too love lamb shoulder but I'm easily led. M and S didn't have sashimi![]()

This was difficult not all playing together as timing and feel took away the emotional aspect it my opinion, but it's the only way we are able to perform. Maybe we will manage some outdoor garden playing with new rule of 6 and when we don't have to stay local.
Thanks that is a very generous offer. There is a takeaway in town which does sashimi, actually several locally serving the bases. Variable quality I'm told but during the "ceasefire" we checked one out which looked ok. Bury St Edmunds has a Waitrose which does sashimi and is far, far away from M and S.Got some sashimi in the fridge ...I can dm you the address for collection
If there's an Itsu near you...fab fab schtuff
Thank you, now I have to try and not ruin it.
Thank you. Can't wait to see your finished watercolour.
Bet she ain't as bad as mine. It's a disaster. Mother in Law has stopped shielding (in this case it was for humanity's wellbeing rather than hers of that I'm certain) and is "so looking forward to visiting". Lockdown had one positive and now it's gone. I'm devastated
That tunnel will have to be dug.
Thank you, hope we didn't completely ruin it for you being one of your favourites.Sounding pretty fab!
Molto Bello...Thank you, hope we didn't completely ruin it for you being one of your favourites.![]()
