Cream

Yes part of my low carb high fat way of life.
Lots of cream butter full fat yoghurt and so on.

I have the fresh double cream but was always partial to a bit of Elmlea double, anyone know if that's an option or you better off with the fresh double?

Oh, OK, so this is not a thread about Baker, Bruce, and Clapton ...

Showing your age now so many on here will never have heard of such people!

But more of us have!

I have to wonder how many of us have heard of the Allman Brothers Band?

Me for one. My parents were married in Macon and one of my best friends got to hear them when she was at college nearby, before they hit the big time. :)
A good age ... :singing::)

I grew up along Highway 41 and have traveled on many a Greyhound bus!

Yep. I used to know a guy from St Louis through work who claimed to have been out with Donna, Duane's partner, after Duane died. He also said she gave him an old shirt of Duane's which he'd worn during the Layla sessions. He offered to give it to me, but it never materialized. Cool story bro.

So ... what sort of cream do/did all these musicians take in their coffee, I wonder?
I currently add CoffeeMate Original, which is pretty much zero everything but at least cuts some of the bitter bite of black coffee.

Cocaine cream?
Looking at The Rolling Stones I suspect theirs was heavily cut... with preservatives.
