Good Morning Everyone
BG @ 7am was 7.4 but I had been up twice more in the early hours and didn’t test before 7am
Breakfast was yogurt and berries usual 8.30am forgot to test again before starting breakfast but 2hrs after breakfast BG was 5.4
Can’t work out why the higher BG in morning has our evening meal was fresh salmon baked in oven, parsnip chunks baked in oven, broccoli cauliflower and Brussels with butter added cup tea. 2 hrs after evening meal BG was 7.1 .Nothing but a coffee before bedtime and wake to a 7am BG of 7.4??????. K

Sorry to disappoint.

Hand physio only ;)
Some exercises.
Some "how is the pain "
A little advice re scarring & massage.

And then measurements of hand functionality
"Just going to measure , please place in screen view, and move this way, etc "

Tis magic ..:wideyed:

Movement improved, we both agree
More advanced exercise & a better explanation of HOW to massage scar tissue.

So all in all .a good meeting
AND no traipsing across town , to do the same thing, but in person

Win...:)
But not tik-tok worthy :arghh:

I was so looking forward to that tic-tok @jjraak

But for the actual zoom meeting and progress...

Thank you gennepher he’s done so many during Covid I haven’t got enough walls to put them on, they are Adult Painting by Numbers they take him weeks to complete the areas on canvas has hundreds of tiny parts to be filled in, but the end results are amazing. K The ones he does are Advanced ones more details and lots of patience needed he has loads I haven’t. K

The Met weather Office just emailed me a red wind warning...
But omitted to mention the massive hailstones I am experiencing now...

The look is just Louie he was 13 years old but developed chronic bronchitis he survived 12 months on two inhalers nebuliser and other medication, we miss him terribly. We have had dogs for over 43years I’m trying not to have another just yet has we just want to travel more without the worry of having them looked after, first time we can go anywhere anytime without fretting about dog care. If we don’t do what we want now it may be to late we are taking our lives back and doing things we enjoy and has much has I would go out and have another pug in a heart beat my husband and I deserve to do what we enjoy without leaving behind our beloved dog with family. K

Yes @Krystyna23040
I am anchoring things down...
It has suddenly gone so calm..not a twig nor a bird moving...
Hi gennepher we are in North West it’s high winds and rain here not going anywhere today, but believe it’s more of the same tomorrow. See you all in Spring at this rate. K

Greetings one and all from a calm between the storms outpost of Uncle Sam's brightest and best plus at least one miserable old English so and so. @Krystyna23040 yesterday seems to have been quite the game of two halves but the big picture was most agreeable. @gennepher best wishes for surviving the storm and #daffplantinggate. Unlikely to be in full glory in time to wish you Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus. Thank you for the daff inspired creative. @dunelm thank you for both the art and multum in parvo insight into life with TGIB. We have two granddaughters today then school collection will add a grandson before two sons collect their progeny. Too many people for COVID safety but too few for a proper family gathering. @jjraak good news on more sleep and I hope the zoom physio goes well. Slow and steady wins the race. Tinkerty Tonk, Old Fruits.
Thank you @ianpspurs

Good National bin day Morening ladies and gentlemen.
A 5.7 this morning.
Not sure about todays plans, but high on the list will be inspect the fences here at Tilehurst Towers. Also on the list try and get my phone talking to my pc, they seem to be having a lovers tiff. Most annoying.
@jjraak good luck at the physio’s, @dunelm todays art work, really like it, a painting of 2 halves, top half made me think Turner with the clouds and bottom half Constable ish with trees.
Well fellow posters and painters enjoy your day, it is time for koffy and order more lft testing kits.
Stay safe all.
Thank you @alf_Josiah - I’ll take that (not the group)

Smashing piece of art, really caught that Pug expression.
Thank you he really has got the pug look it’s now hanging in our Conservatory others he’s done are on our fireplace and other wall in living room also in hall and in bedroom no more walls to fit them on, they are all pegged up on coat hangers in bedroom. Our granddaughter want a beautiful painting of the head of a beautiful woman with loose chiffon scarf draped on her head and shoulders. I’ve told him to advertise then locally if he gets back what it’s cost him to paint and purchase frames it’s better than leaving them unseen. K
