Fasting Blood Sugar this morning + yesterday's food AND physical activity

Hope your chlosteral levels don’t go back up without the statins, maybe try a Benecol drinking yogurt every day, might help
You could always ask your neighbour to have a go on his Peleton & maybe do a couple of rides
Going to try to get a short ride in this morning, got builders in doing a new patio & need to be back to barbecue their bacon butties

Bike was good on Sunday thanks, went straight after breakfast & there was a breeze so not too hot
Had the aircon on at work yesterday so just a normal day
Brother & sister in law we’re at mums yesterday, so lovely to have a barbecue with them
Going into work early today to do a Peleton ride & probably a walk tonight, got a nice interval workout on my watch but think it’ll be too hot to run

Lunch was great, sis and her kids down for the weekend.

Too hot for outdoor activities though!

I'm thinking these higher FBGs are being caused by the hot weather
100 30kg shoulder presses is just mental, well done, great workout
This be honest I was keeping it simple as it was so hot, anything more was just feeling like too much. But it felt good to get it done and get a bit of an old school pump!

A bit of ice cream isn't even gonna touch the sides after a 12 mile bike ride. Great going!
