What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

4.8 this morning. I did eat a dozen chips at lunch as my friend kept offering them because there were too many on her plate. But I did an aqua aerobics class later on. I had a salad at lunch and homemade tomato soup for dinner so keep the rest of my carbs very low.

4.9 today. Went to sleep at 6.3 and my 3AM low, that's what I call it because it happens every night at the same time roughly, was 4.2 instead of under 4 *yay*. Reduced glargline/lantus dose must be starting to take effect.

7.6 - Went to bed on a 9.6, after a chicken, mushroom and petite pois risotto (rice). So, knocked off 2 points overnight, not too bad at all.

Have a great day T2-ers, and others.

Morning all, wow I'm in the stickies with 6.7 :) down from 9.0 last night. I can't claim I worked hard to get those figures I just had a lower BG day yesterday. plantae I wonder what it is about 3am. If anything is going to happen it will be at 3am. Even in thrillers and horror movies 3am is a thing. You always see the camera zoom in to the bedside clock and it will say 3am at which point weird stuff happens.

Yeah, I hear yah….. What’s your main concern?
I really don’t want libre overestimating 2 over before doing anything, the gap will only widen during the day, 20 mile commute to work, need to know I’m over 5 to drive & it messes all my data up, so annoying
Just tested before taking medication libre 7.8, contour 5.3
