Still no test results from 11 May, spoke to consultants secretary, apparently if he requests blood tests you have to ring them to say you’ve had them done so they can keep an eye out for the results, who knew, probably will be waiting another month for the results

Good morning, day time 8 hour fasting=4.4 mmol/L and nighttime 8 hour fasting 5 mmol/L. Consistently, I eat very little carbs and almost the same food at almost the same time. Good wishes from California to have a nice day everyone.

Morning all, FBG 5.4 today. Really happy with that, had to have an airport meal last night & its always a lottery whether I can dodge the carbs and get something diabetes friendly. In the end, went for a cheese salad, which was obviously ok.

I’m not being mean, but given the number of diabetics around compared to say, various allergies , you’d think the food service industry would actually consider making provision. Or at least listing the carb/ sugar content of their foods.
