7.3 Saturday and 7.7 today though I did eat whatever yesterday think we all get fed up of eating what we know we should and had a to hell with it day .

Morning all. Have had a painful infection in my eye and think that has affected my bg. I have some work to do, bedtime 8.7 and this morning 8.6! Not feeling too great today but it will go. My son is coming from USA next Thursday for a month so that's brilliant news. Have a happy day folks.

Morning all. Thanks everyone. @mojo37, thanks for the good laugh, cheered me up. But how true these days! Am feeling better ty but after feeling so grotty, am having a soddit day. And to add to the run of 6’s, my FBG was 6.4 this morning. I was planning on a hike this afternoon, but I find rain is forecast and as I cannot bear walking on windy hills in the driving rain, I think I may just dip out and go fight a sabre tooth tiger instead - or go shopping, whichever is easier.

Two very carb filled days have taught me, no I cannot eat eat very many carbs still and to stop them now. No more birthday party food.
