Fasting Blood Sugar this morning + yesterday's food AND physical activity

Besides Type 2 I have underactive Thyroid which leaves me generally tired.
Each day mostly the same 200- 400gm pork or chicken with spices each day shared between 2 meals, late night snack 2-4 pieces Toast with Clover Lite and Marmite.
Will have oven chips once a week with my meat and on a normal day 5 mugs of tea with SS milk and 3gm sugar. 1-2 times a month i will go mad and have a mixed salad bowl.

Libre app has updated itself & gone wrong, had to delete & reinstall, (all data has been lost)
