Morning Monday people.

FBG 7.7 today for me, after my adventure weekend. Fantastic fun with the kids, even with the stormy weather. But its been very difficult to avoid carbs and consequently in the 7’s throughout. Although to be fair, it’d got up there beforehand. Need to get a grip.

5.4 for me today. Had a very lazy day yesterday, binging a netflix c-drama, so must try to be more active today.

7.6 this morning so dropping but still a bit high for me. Still bruised but not in pain now so thats good. The test will be the work out tomorrow but nothing too strenuous! 6.4 before my dinner so looking better.

This libre sensor is about as accurate as a broken watch - it tells the right time twice a day.

Had to laugh at your comment about the sensor but really should be giving you hugs for the flakiness of the CGM. Hope its just a bedding in issue.
