Update. Seems most likely a pulled muscle, but will wait for labs for final result. This was a new doctor and I had a bit of a meltdown about blood sugars. She told me not to test! That went back and forth for a bit, I’m a tad stubborn, and finally I thought, maybe, just maybe, all the testing is stressing me. Looked back to my initial cancer diagnosis….that’s when I was also diagnosed type 2….stress? So for now I’m not testing….and I won’t test again until my October A1C test. I know I eat well so this is not a problem. I’ll keep checking in on all of you though! Thanks for the amazing support.

Good morning all a 5.3 this morning and achieved my 90 consecutive days in range goal of 95 %. Has not been a smooth ride, have worked away, so guessing hidden carbs at restaurants, been on holiday in 40 deg heat some days, so faced all the daily struggles with type 1. But achieved my goal. Onward and upward now for the next 90 days

6.1 at 7:30. Sister here and we had 3 courses for dinner yesterday evening. Never usually eat that much but most of if was low carb. For starters sister had made gazpacho with cantaloupe melon, tomatoes and mint, not sure how many carbs but it tasted absolutely delicious. Main was butter chicken with cauliflower rice and I made a keto blueberry cheesecake for pudding. :p

The term "big boned" lol repeatedly told this growing up!
You're obviously not from my part of the country we've had to add a blanket to keep warm. during the night.
No I am in Somerset, its been warm and muggy at night. The house is freezing in winter and an oven in summer - we cannot win. We are, someday hoping to move up north where for me I feel more relaxed and at home. Hubby is a northern chap and wants to move also. Fingers crossed! I haven't needed blankets for years as he is a walking radiator lol
