Same …carbs as close to 30g a day (exception might be Fish Finger Firsday, my treat of the week) mostly eat the same meals on rotation, no snacking. All we can do is carry on carrying on!I agree, the dawn phenominum is not my friend either. 7.0 this morning after yesterday's 8.3. same amount of carbs each day and very similar sleep...no logic.. Agreed. I'm an optimist at heart so I wull just keep plugging away.
