I blame @alf_Josiah for not going shopping with Mrs A J - and those way up Norf who would rather count it than spend it.

I hope the windeze and crystallised ginger help so you can get some rest. I sympathise as JKP really suffers with IBS and needs to be careful what she eats. Basically if I can eat it and like it she can't or in very limited quantities. Very loving of Midnight. Thanks for sharing the video and photo.Fbg 6.7

I haven't had time to upload any more sd cards, so I am behind with that. Hoping to do some this afternoon, but I need more sleep...
However, I found one that I uploaded but didn't publish. It is from a couple of months ago. So...

Creative is a photo of some fungi in my garden which I have never seen before. It looks so pretty. Like flowers. There are loads of them...
Google tells me it is called Barometer earthstar...but I think there are other possibilities...
I think I have eaten too much cauliflower. It was nice, but I have very bad wind. I do have problems with IBS. Last time I had wind this bad was June 1977. How do I remember? Simple. I was pregnant. I am certainly not pregnant now...
I have taken some Windeze. I am eating some crystallised ginger...this wind is not shifting. It is painful and making me very tired and I am unable to do anything...any ideas?
I am just going to take a second dose of Windeze...
Midnight knows I don't feel good and his weight and heat is firmly ensconced on my tummy...
Time for a cup of hot water...
Have your best day...

Winner or hug? I wasn't sure. The wind issues deserve a hug - it can be very painful. I tend to drink hot water with lemon and ginger. It calms my stomach down at least. Perhaps mint tea might help.Fbg 6.7

Now may be a good time to clear those books of Green shield stamps you've been saving for a rainy day. The ones Mrs Miggins thought you'd put in a skip when you moved but you knew, you just knewEvery penny spent twice
Looks like collared earthstars. Sip warm water, perhaps with peppermint if you can stand it. Don’t listen to anyone talking about standing on your headFbg 6.7

I managed to sell mine as a stamp album, sight unseen to a keen philatelist who, as far as I am aware is a General in the Nigerian Army. Now may be a good time to clear those books of Green shield stamps you've been saving for a rainy day. Hope he paid cash and didn't want bank transfer details. Was his dad also a long lost and very distant relative with a significant bequest for you by any chance? If so I've some bad news for you. Ah...@gennepher camomile, with or without the h, tea is supposed to be good for helping IBS but I'm guessing you have tried most things and have your own ideas. If not worth a try.

If you stop the majority of the population having spending money, what do you think will happen?View attachment 64343

Fennel seeds made up in a tea are really good for digestive discomfort. Worth a try it will get things moving. I sometimes use it after a meal and it helps trapped wind and bloat. The chamomile tea is also good as recommended. It calms the mind and the tummy. Hope you feel better soon xFbg 6.7

My first real experience of camomile tea drinking was a real shock. #1 grandson, then aged about 2 1/2, came into the lounge very early one morning, sat on my lap, turned on kids tv and asked for "camile" tea with his (Italian) Nutella on toast. Took me a few seconds to work out what was required. His Nonna gave him those. Nonna is from Essex, lives in Suffolk, but her parents are Italian and she retains lots of the traditions. The tea helped with his wind when he was younger.Fennel seeds made up in a tea are really good for digestive discomfort. Worth a try it will get things moving. I do have fennel tea...a friend bought me a box, but I never looked up what it was good for. I'll root that out of the box...thank you @Lainie71Fennel seeds made up in a tea are really good for digestive discomfort. Worth a try it will get things moving.
