Morning 4.44 for Tuesday morning. Finally, nice and sunny weather, active and my FBG is stable w/o meds!
Last 3 months I was eating salmon (farm raised)
for lunch and dinner. Only salmon, no chicken and no red meat. My PCP suggested eating oily fish is good for BG and Cholesterol. I have to go to supermarkets where salmon is on sale and then stock up. After buying a lot on sale, the first few days I will make fresh and the rest I freeze and keep on using. My FBG and A1c are in the non diabetic range.
My Cholesterol = Total 145, LDL 79, TG 47 HDL 53. I think my experiment went well. Now I am eating 50% salmon and 50% chicken breast meat and still no red meat. Have a nice day everyone.
