How do I unsubscribe

This forum is not for me, The app does not exist in play store, had type2 diabetes for 20 years never had any symptoms have gone fom max dose metformin 2000mg a day down to 500 mg a day cut insulin down from 26 units to 18 units. I eat what I like including sweets and my glucose readings have not changed still 7.6 HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE.

I'm sorry you want to leave the forums but we can ask admin to unsubscribe you if you so wish. (If the issue is just emails from DCUK you should be able to opt out of these).
