What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

@Krystyna23040 Centre Paws Wymondham looks wonderful so have a lovely, relaxing time. @dunelm happy birthday yesterday to your grandson. Thank you for sharing the art which I feel is seasonal. Enjoy the soup which sounds as though it should be warming.
Thank you @ianpspurs - granddaughter - but who’s counting ;)

Woke up late for me today...

There was sun at dawn, but it is now cold, icy with a promise of rain.

Fed the strays.

Managed a kaleidoscope pic with Laboscope in my garden (Kaleider Kaleidoscopes are lovely, but there are a lot of moving pictures within it as it scrolls through a pile of stuff - too much for my sensitive eyes at the mo)...

Realised the birdies only have one fatball left, but I am sure it will last while I drink my coffee...although the fighting between them says otherwise...

Nighttime wildlife video.
Managed a short one
Just realised I should have made the writing on the video a bit smaller (I usually do it half that size), but it is done and published now!

Have a splendiferous day...
Spendiferous kaleidoscope, enjoy that coffee

Happy Sunday all.

A 6.3 on that meter this Morening.

Have a jolly spiffing day all, as always today is a one off and we have no obligation to make the most of it.

Birthday wishes where appropriate and I like the pictures of mobility scooters, but I have some rather tasty motorcycle looking ones. Once a greaser always a greaser. :)

Stay safe all.
Edit
Have seen so rather etc. Not have some.

Thank you for sharing the kaleidoscope despite that dreadful experience in the pharmacy still impacting you. Take your time with that coffee, those birds will survive without you being at their beck and call. Mind you, telling you that is about as much use as telling me not to ruminate.
As for creepy, this segment is plain sinister - Satanic even. That face and those horns :arghh:

Now that I've seen it, I can't unsee it. I usually don't look too deeply into the detail - just take i the overall image. Maybe that's why my art isn't very good.

With Laboscope kaleidoscopes @Annb I often see demons and monsters... Laboscope Kaleidoscopes look pretty as a whole image but once you look into the detail it doesn't look so pretty anymore. It is covered in nightmarish monsters...
Just looking at the overall image in Laboscope is far the best idea........

Good morning everyone from a decidedly chilly start here in the dark and dangerous north. 5.2 this a.m. Washing on the line yesterday took all day to dry despite the efforts of a weak, lacklustre sun and was eventually whipped inside safe and sound just 20 minutes before the advent of drizzle which acted as a good enough excuse not to get a cut of grass into the day. An Arran sweater that my mum knitted for dad about 30 years ago was made good use of early evening but by 6pm Mrs Miggins had had enough and lit the wood burner. Eldest grandchild’s 20th yesterday. A celebratory dinner will be had today at a nearby eatery. Art bit, more pigment powders. Hope any worries and fears are small ones. I best make some koffy and then prepare some Tom Yum soup for our lunch.
A very nice tree drawn to perfection for this time of the year

A very intricate detail pattern to that kaleidoscope @gennepher. Very nice, very verdant.

As for the lights in the pharmacy.
When working in the car factory, we had low level florescent lighting.
And quite a few of us suffered from headaches and migraines occasionally.
We had a guy come in from the union, and he told us, that any flickering from the lighting, wether the tube was new or on its way out, the connections will affect some people.
Not long after that, a filter was attached to them, the number of headaches diminished.
In our press shop, by health and safety, the lights had to be those suitable to the work going on. They were coloured an umber(?) Orangey colour. Great for night working, the strain etc.
That is my theory @gennepher.

I see too many of them in my vivid dreams.

6.6 surprising that as I had a reaction to something last night, no idea what, as I had a salad for my main meal.
but I felt myself going high then going low a couple of hours after. Good thing I have some sensitivity to my BG levels. A bit of a rough night and dream that kept waking me up. Now a hangover headache, sorted chores that couldn't be put off, a couple of paracetamol and plenty of tea and water.

Had a walk in the brisk cold this morning to see if it could help and it is cold this am, not much warmer now.
Windy, cloudy, rain later I fear. But got most of the washing on the line, pegged to the approximate regulations of laundry management.

Cricket on and footie, spurs to beat man u. @ianpspurs ,
Oz aren't enjoying the weather, ha!
Could be snowing, you know! Ha!

Gammon cooked yesterday for today, later.

Have a great Sunday
Bestest wishes.
