What do you like to drink with no carbs/very minimal carbs?

I have drank diet pop/soda all my life and am trying to curb the habit but am finding it difficult to just drink water. A lot of the little flavor packets you can add to water make my mouth super dry, unfortunately. I wish I could just drink fruit juice all the time! I swear if I wasn’t diabetic it would probably be peach mango juice all the time, lol. Anyways, if you have a suggestion I’d love to hear it!

Fizzy mineral water

Coffee ( black , strong )

Tea. ( black usually )

Very occasionally

Whisky

Red wine

Rarely

Very low carb beer

Coffee, black or with cream, tea without milk, fizzy water, sometimes with ginger or lemon. A slice of cucumber can add a pleasant flavour too. Tap water is out of the question where I live - it's revolting, and I like mine from higher up the food chain. I've been amazed at how inoffensive tap water in other parts of the country is.
Only drink Buxton sparkling water and flat mineral boiled for tea. The water where I live is vile and even clogs up the jets on my windscreen wash, it gets a black sludge so can only imagine what it does to the insides of a human. My dog refused to drink it so that says something!

Buxton sparkling mineral water
Decaf coffee 1 -2 a day
Decaf Tea
Lots of green tea and herbal teas
Tee total now so don't drink alcohol

Black or Peppermint tea. In the summer black tea with a couple of leaves home grown mint.
Fizzy pop - Lidls own brands of sugar free tropical, Orange or Coke.
Fizzy mineral water with a touch of Lidls double strength sugar free Strawberry and Apple squash
Tap water - fortunately I live in west Cornwall and generally it is pleasant.

Sparkling water, black coffee, occasionally tea. I can't take diet drinks as my body reacts as if they are full fat. No alcohol.

Swepps tonic water with sugar free Robinson.
Sugar lemonade as above .

Juice from a freshly finger-squeezed lime in a tall glass of water. Lovely

I am now on Mounjaro and have consequently gone off diet coke (used to drink loads) but now makes me too bloated. Also gone off tea & coffee!
Drink lots of mint tea or sugar free squash in tap water.
Don't drink alcohol very often but am partial to a glass of Rose or flavoured gins. Spirits don't have any carbs so better than wine, cider or beer.

Sugar free squash with fizzy water is my go to drink. Nicer than with flat water

Bit of sugar/or the equivalent in flavoured gins and spirits tho! Especially in rum etc... just for awareness

Redbush tea with oatly barista milk ( I am able to tolerate some carbs)
Fresh black coffee with frothed oatly
Bottled still water as my tap water tastes of chemicals despite living in Scotland.

2 mugs of tea on a morning, then water flavoured with sugar free squash rest of day. I bought a water filter jug because our water tastes terrible, so now able to drink loads

I drink mostly water, I also have a coffee in the morning with a small amount of milk. At my day centre they give me on occaisiond no added sugar sinner fruits flavoured water or no added sugar cordial but these have no impact on my bye days I have the flavoured water or juice. They also give me plain water as well. Tye only time I havr the duet a coke is if I’m out for a meal with family or friends. Although I do miss the odd glass of fruit juice but these bulk of my drinks is water

Just at the moment diet coke and James Cook dark rum.
It is almost 3am, so it probably counts as medicinal.
I am also overdosing on strawberries and Greek yoghurt.

I drink tea (usually Earl Grey or Lady Grey) with no milk or sugar; black coffee with no sugar (both of these are taste, not virtue!). Lots of water. Some fruit juice. Little alcohol - an occasional whisky with my mother, or lager with my spouse. Not sure what I'll have this evening (a rare non-church-related evening out, with book group friends) - maybe even a cocktail. If I eat out at lunchtime or buying a meal deal, I usually get sparkling water or occasionally coconut water.
