Slept most of the day...

Creative,,,A man and his dog...
Drawn with finger on iPhone screen...

Night night from me...
I strained my shoulders the other day and they really hurt now....

Painkillers needed...

Hug for the painful shoulders. Painkillers for me too, in a minute. I've spent a lot of the day making and decorating this here coffee cake for DIL's staffroom and I'm in a bad way.

Wish I could get the energy into my drawing that you can. The dog is almost real. Mine tend to look like cartoon characters.

I fully get that a complete job to finish is too much nowadays. The job needs to be split into half over two or more days, but with your cake that could not be done... @Annb

I didn't think my drawing was very good today. My fingers are so clumsy today, they are thick like floppy plasticine, It is so hard to use them today, it didn't flow in the same way as usual. I nearly deleted this one and I didn't do anymore...

It is just a squiggle, I'm looking at the man and dog, and I can't see what I am doing most of the time because my finger is so big compared to the fine line underneath I am drawing. I have my eyes in soft focus looking at the man and dog and my drawing, But I am focused on the man and dog and I'm not looking at my drawing as such. But I'm aware of squiggling around and around and squiggling the arm and often I lose it with the legs and Wellington boots as you can see here... And I'm desperately trying to get the dog in time before they turn the corner, my thoughts were he was similar to his owner in the way he was walking...

A winner for doing a lovely creative @gennepher but a hug for the shoulder pain.

5.3 this morning.
Really enjoyed yesterday. It was so nice to actually go inside a cafe again as we haven't been able to do any of our normal stuff since Bonnie arrived early January.

Off to Norwich shortly. Have had a cancellation because a client is ill. So an hour longer to relax between classes and 1:1s. All cancellations are so gratefully received as I am so busy at the moment.

Morning all from a very grey and decidedly not spring like L.A. I can't share my fbg even if I wanted so to do because I've signed an NDA. Thank you for sharing your art and creatives @dunelm and @gennepher and your holiday photos and videos @jjraak. I saw cows but the IPL has started so where's the cricket? :D Bonnie seems to be progressing her training well @Krystyna23040. @Annb hug for your pain and Alistair's. @JohnEGreen hugs for all the trips and chopping and changing of appointments. @Peanut234 good news on the swimming and exercise. @alf_Josiah what can anyone say? Take care everyone.
Thank’s Ian - hope you are as well as you can be.

Good morning everyone on a splendidly silent start to what may be a sun shiny day here in the dark and dangerous north.
5.7 this a.m.
A scoot into town yesterday with The Girl In The Bubble. She did well but her little legs did protest - so, a bus ride back and just enough enthusiasm to scoot from the bus stop back to the house. Then taken home by 12.
Mrs Miggins and her twin sister went to the cemetery to lay flowers. Got to thank that physician Dr William Price for the legislation of cremation in the UK - I don’t want some future archaeologist picking over my bones, going on about my tooth fillings, mangled lower back and speculating about all manner of blue sky waffle in the manner of someone who enthused about some rare book found in an ancient tomb called “The Best Thinker In The Hisory of Best Thinkers” by D Trump.
Evri delivery guy turned up at the door with a parcel. “Brilliant”, I said “my new set of juggling knives”. Got a smile and an “Oh!”.
Art bit - when to just leave it alone.
Hope your day is a pleasant valley Monday. No monkeying about though - that was yesterday. Best make koffy.

Good morning one and all. My FbA1c was 59, a rise since last one but not as high as I expected given what has been happening lately. Good news is that latest CT scan showed no residual kidney stone so surgery is no longer needed. Just waiting to have stitches removed from 2 biopsies this week, one site of which is still very painful. So hopefully we will not have to cancel our Golden Anniversary mini break in the Lake District. :joyful: My best wishes to you all for the week ahead.

Is not the secretary doing her job properly at the moment @Krystyna23040 ?
Tell her to factor in a few more rest breaks in your end to end teaching...
Take care....

Good musical Monday Morening Ladies and Gentlemen.

Blood sugars this morning were 6.0, the same as yesterday, when all my troubles seemed so far away…..the music is leaking through.

Yesterday I was unsupervised, today I am fully supervised, drat, drat and treble drat, Drat, another musical term…..treble

At last spring making itself felt. A reason to give thanks to a certain Mr Hooke who made it law.

Earlier this morning I completed an hours plinky plonky practice, while drinking rather strong excellent koffy which might or might not explain the music.

Smile if you dare.

Thank you very much @dunelm
Unfortunately, I can't reach to give my shoulders a bit of a massage, but you've reminded me. I do have a floor foot massager. Maybe I could put it against the cushions and my back against it.? Would that work?

A tennis ball against the wall can work sometimes...

Fbg this morning 10.4 I know don’t ask me why.
Perhaps my pancreas is feeling the effect of that nasty that showed up on the ultrasound still should know more after the CT scan tomorrow.
Shall try and keep my mind off it for today.
I have given you a winner because you are going through a lot at the moment.
Worrying gets none of us anywhere. Just try telling that to our brains.
You will keep it off your mind today. Put it in a room under lock and key in your mind today if you have to..... today is a good day!

Thank you very much @dunelm

Give it a whirl - lowest setting if there are settings - you don’t want to be dragged into robot wars :arghh:

BG at 03.45 today was 8.2 and rising. Still clearing up after my baking saga yesterday, but at least had the energy to do it.

Neil's gone to town having informed me that he managed to get a GP appointment. What for? A spot that won't heal and needs checking. He never mentioned that to me. Keeps things to himself and then just drops it into the conversation as though it shouldn't be any news to me. Hope it is just a spot and nothing more sinister. I asked a doctor about a spot a few years ago (on the end of my nose and a bit embarrassing). Turned out to be cancer and they had to cut off the tip of my nose and sew in some skin from behind my ear. "It won't scar" they said. I now have a large, circular scar on the end of my nose which still has an active hair follicle in it. A thing of beauty, if I say so myself! :arghh:

He said he'll go into the hardware store and get the bits and pieces I need for my shelves once he's seen the GP.
