What did you pop in your basket this week? Low chat level

Walnuts, almonds, pecans, blueberries, raspberries, lamb henry, dexter beef steak, almond milk, kale, red cabbage, seabass, greek yogurt, tonic water, eggs, sardines, cottage cheese, butter, mushrooms, coffee, dark chocolate, basil, rosemary, radishes, cucumber, tinned salmon, blue cheese, lettuce.
 
Lidl: Bratwurst, cabbage, leeks, carrots, mashed swede, prosciutto cotto, parmigiano, olive oil, dill, rosemary, sage, almond butter (crunchy), 10x zero sugar caffeine drinks.

Butcher: chicken, eggs, steak
 
Bacon, sausages, black pudding, leek, broccoli.
 
Farm shop today
Some short horn ribs, boned hogget leg for the freezer for Easter, a few variety of sausages including a South African one that’s amazing. Home made pork scratchings, some beef tallow, this is new so looking forward to trying it. A few steaks & burgers, chops for the freezer.

I would have bought frozen stirfry - but there was none.
 
Greek yoghurt x lots, fresh veg. cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, carrots, sprouts, spring onions and a red cabbage, chicken thighs, pork rashers, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and green tea.
That looks a wonderful basket. Do you have something special that is made with some of those
 
My brunch is always Greek yoghurt with seeds, followed by a small bowl of mixed raw nuts which I get from a specialist supplier and top up from the supermarket as they don't always have what I want.. Evening meal is always grilled or roast meat with loads and loads of veg. I'm a lazy cook and I love good plain food. The red cabbage makes a good base for using up leftovers in a Continental-type stew.

@Outlier sounds good. I'll try the yog and seeds i would add a small handful of berry frozen foods (? Ok? )
 
If the berries don't raise your BG, they would be very okay. Unfortunately for me, they raise mine. Try it and see.
