I’ve been waking up to 9’s and 10’s every morning morning and then have a small coffee along with breakfast which consists of 30g oats 25g walnuts and 20g of protein powder sugar free and 2/3hrs later it shoots to 16/17 which is worrying
What are you eating the night or day before?
