Hey everyone,
I was just wondering what other people's experiences have been when eating eggs, especially with carbohydrates such has toast. I love poached eggs on toast as the eggs are a good source of protein, however more often than not I find when I have this for breakfast it can cause my sugars levels to go sky high. Eggs don't have any carb in them, but I have the read the combination with bread can cause it to take longer for your body to process and due to the length of time it's in your system, keeps your blood sugar levels higher.
Has anyone else come across this issue? Would love to know your thoughts.
Rob
