Goran Ivaniscovic is my favourite tennis player.
Mark Webber is gorgeous.
I however am madly deeply in love with Donny Osmond and have been for 10 years. ..

Intolerance, career politicians, reality TV and so-called celebrity culture, mobile phones in the quiet carriage.
Just done a 45 minute walk - missed out completely yesterday.

I bought a new belt last week because I had run out of holes on the larger one. Could only get to the first hole on the new one at first, now I'm on the third.

Struggling again.
Managed 8 mins Pilates, 15 mins physio exercises, 3mins chucking the ball for the dog, just finished another 10 mins physio exercises. This has taken me since 10.30 am. Now 6.05pm.
Will be trying the swimming pool again tomorrow. I am not designed to move on land.

Hey peeps we are 4 weeks in 2/3rds of the way.
Day 28 complete. Lovely walk along the river Ayr then numb bum time on my bike.
I don't even get funny looks from my neighbours anymore.

Oooohhhh and got home from walk to find my daughter on my bike ..moaning or anything I could have cried I was so pleased to see her on it and doing something about her weight.
She needs major surgery soon so if she looses weight it will reduce her risks.

You have set a good example for your daughter. I do hope she can get as fit as possible before her surgery. Recovery will be so much simpler and quicker if she does.

I have had lots of snoozes in between activity. A bit frustrating, but I am trying to be kind to myself whilst keeping to the pledge of at least 30 mins activity. Will push myself more when I feel better. Such is my life that I get days like these, just have to get on with them. Would have loved to have been out and about with the family, but at least when they were out I didn't have an audience while trying to get the hang of the Pilates moves.

You are so right about the op.
She had to have most of her large bowel removed at age 16 because of ulcerative collitis . She has an ileostomy bag and will get it reversed and major surgery in the next year.
She was skinny because of the colitis and has put about 4 stone on since her op ..suppose that's what happens when you actually keep some of the food you eat rather than having diarrhoea all the time.

How could I have forgotten Lee Mead? I only saw Joseph a dozen times.

5 mins on bike then out for a brisk 40 minute walk at Kielder.
