This has NOTHING to do with Diabetes......

Everyone is VERY quiet about Holland, my choice, as South Africa cant play Soccer ( I guess like, Japan, England, Australia etc) :bigtears: :singing:

The reason I believe, that no one really fancies a European side to win. Obviously, the Brazilians, Argentinians, and other South American countries are historically favourites to win. There has never been a European side that has won in South America! The only one I believe that can technically can win is Germany. Depends how the draw goes for them. The Dutch are notorious runners ups or do well but just miss out. Maybe one day? Russia 2018?

I still think Brazil will win, they will get through group stages and then will have to perform, and then they will just scrape through maybe on pens and because they are the hosts, will just be good enough.
 
Never mind, we have the Euro's in 2016 to look forward to :cool:
 
We have to qualify first!

We will struggle to be seeded for the Euros.

So if we happen to be in a group with a top seed say Germany, Holland, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Ukraine, Russia, and then pick a high third level ranked team that are half decent!

Do not want to put the mockers on us but we will have to play really well in the qualifiers.

We are not as good as the media, press and general hype make us!

Chile impressed me in their game the other evening. They marked their opponents sooooo closely, they didn't get a chance to play well.

I thought England not marking people closely smacks of arrogance.
 
Yet another South American side wins! The Argies just about won, with a last minute bit of genius by the worlds best player!

I was at a match (2010) where Messi scored 4...now that was a long journey home.
 
What a great second half! My predictions are a bit off, how much will the Germans have left after playing in that heat and humidity!
Good use of subs though. You were thinking that Ghana might just win this, but you know the Germans don't you!
 
Belgium must be odds on tonight, or can Russia pull off a shock?
 
Hope this Korea v Algeria game is better than the last one! Nearly as bad as watching Rovers or paint dry!
 
Algeria looking good, Koreans are not in this, a much better game, both getting stuck in!
