Room 101 (like the TV prog)

There is simply no place for cycles on busy fast roads .
These are roads with not just no pavements but more often than not no grass verge ... no space whatsoever for error.
I think my candidate fr room 101 is the best yet!

That's the legal speed limit and the people here are mostly earning a living on those roads.
We aint going to travel at thirty just in case theres some lunatic in lycra who should have grown up by now and got a Harley or stayed safe in town!
 
Yup, those roads you are talking about were not made for cars either. Horses and carts for those who could afford them. Shanks' pony for the rest.

... and now resurfaced marked and very very fast!
That's our rapid transport sytem around here ... walk on it or ride bycicles on it at your own risk I suppose.
 
In fact you don't see anyone daft enough to walk on them ....

Rumours are just great aren't they??? I just felt I'd upset some good people on here, not going to give details :) my BG is pretty much ok, most of the time.......

Dunno who you think you upset, but I didn't notice. So why not forgive yourself, then make some nominations for 101 to give us all something to talk about?
 
BTW I would put in West Ham fans' song 'Blowing Bubbles'. How can the team aspire to any sort of success when they sing 'then like my dreams they fade and die. Fortune's always hiding' etc?
 
Just general rudeness from management e.g not saying good morning but speaking to the person next to you, working like a beast but being paid least amount

Certain colleagues have adopted the "one rule for me, another rule for everyone else" approach to everything as well as being the utmost nosiest swine and needing to know absolutely everything about everyone's business be it personal or not! What punishment(s) will do?? Lol :)

Some people can't help being prats its in their genes, so treat them with the contempt they deserve and ignore their attitude and be your sweet self. they have been sent to the bully-boys corner with the boring old farts brigade.
And the MILs are there to make sure they don't move

Unless of course they need the one non-flushing lav, that has no paper and a malfunctioning soap dispenser that is filled with all sorts of choking unctions.
