Hi All!

I've been eating really well, lately, but keep forgetting to come on here and tell you all about it.

My latest triumph (and I think you will agree with me that it is a triumph!)
Is coffee and cake, for breakfast!

This is a really AWESOME LC cake. Thanks to the genius Whitby Jet.
Basically butter, cream cheese, eggs, sweetener and almond flour. Oh, and chocolate!
A one inch slice, with cream and a mug of coffee will fuel me from 7.30 am to 12.30 pm.
-that is as good as a chunk of breakfast slab!

And I cannot express my joy at indulging in a delicious, guilt free cake for breakfast.
It's has been a fantastically liberating experience. :D:D:D

Love it!

So anyway, today:
B: Stracciatella cake n coffee
L: crustless quiche with submerged veg
S: another slice of cake (I am addicted!)
D: chicken thighs and courgettes in a tomato and marscapone, with spiced red cabbage

I remember fritland well! Those fries and mayo are amazing. Did not care much for the muscles though, I had a very very bad experience with them - be careful that they are all fully opened with no cracked shells.
Enjoy the rest of your stay and lovely belgian food!

I am evangelical too, but people don't tend to understand it or agree with it at all. I do like cream, but I have 1ltr of milk in the fridge and don't want to throw it away, also, I'm having lactofree which is 3grms of carb for a 100ml, which is good enough for me as I enjoy the taste of milk with the coffee... I don't shy away from fat, but I don't exaggerate with it either. I am happy to use it as an ingredient in my meals, but I don't have a gall bladder so I keep it easy, so far, I'm not hungry generally speaking, except from yesterday after exercising, but it was manageable.

having no gall bladder must make a huge difference to your life... :( How do you manage the fat? Lactose milk is wonderful stuff... :) It's so much better for your sinuses...
