So ..singing happy birthday to me every morning now is it........Hi All!
I've been eating really well, lately, but keep forgetting to come on here and tell you all about it.
My latest triumph (and I think you will agree with me that it is a triumph!)
Is coffee and cake, for breakfast!

This is a really AWESOME LC cake.
Basically butter, cream cheese, eggs, sweetener and almond flour. Oh, and chocolate!
A one inch slice, with cream and a mug of coffee will fuel me from 7.30 am to 12.30 pm.
-that is as good as a chunk of breakfast slab!
And I cannot express my joy at indulging in a delicious, guilt free cake for breakfast.
It's has been a fantastically liberating experience.
Love it!
So anyway, today:
B: Stracciatella cake n coffee
L: crustless quiche with submerged veg
S: another slice of cake (I am addicted!)
D: chicken thighs and courgettes in a tomato and marscapone, with spiced red cabbage
Yum yum definately going to make this cake thanks brunneria .And it is soooooo easy to make.
Five mins, a bowl and spoon, and it's done.
Oh, and the raw cake mix tastes of vanilla icecream!!!!![]()

I am evangelical too, but people don't tend to understand it or agree with it at all. I do like cream, but I have 1ltr of milk in the fridge and don't want to throw it away, also, I'm having lactofree which is 3grms of carb for a 100ml, which is good enough for me as I enjoy the taste of milk with the coffee... I don't shy away from fat, but I don't exaggerate with it either. I am happy to use it as an ingredient in my meals, but I don't have a gall bladder so I keep it easy, so far, I'm not hungry generally speaking, except from yesterday after exercising, but it was manageable.I am evangelical and drive everyone nuts...Do you not like cream? No carbs to speak of and lush...
Milk has more carbs....
