What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Saturday, still too high but dosage increases today so it's wait and see:)

Chagrin is my annoyance Neil.

Nite sweats I don't know ..... but I get hot, I twist and turn all nite, my arms / fingers go numb because of the way I sleep and it gives me the absolute %$#@$ ........ Still, that might be any number of things as i don't want to put it all down to T2.

Tues. 14.1 today:(
It's over 3 months since I started monitoring and I still haven't had a reading in single figures

Cutting down the carbs and watching the size of portions should help
