Really just took proper notice of this thread today and feel it's going to help me get my somewhat erratic eating habits in order.
So, for breakfast I had a cup of coffee and a packet of Kettles crisps...reading +2hrs...9.6
I had to drive from Woodbridge in Suffolk to London to start my days work as a cabbie.
Lunch was lamb shish and salad (no pitta) but then I had a Pret carrot cake and a white americano for afters. Readings +2hrs...10.2
Supper tonight was an avocado pear on its own and raspberries and double cream...no readings yet but hopefully nice and low. EDITED....Reading +2hrs = 5.6
