Wish I liked the no added sugar versions....can taste the sweetenerBreakfast .. Usual .. Homemade Alpen with unsweetened almond milk ..
Lunch homemade soup ... With one bread roll ... Soup was butternut squash ..with a touch of ginger .. Oooo yes a bit of cheese and an apple ..
Needed that before my walk and jog ... Loved that ..

Drinks one low cal hot chocolate ... Water and one glass no added sugar ginger beer ..
