B: 2 eggs, 2 bacon rashers, asparagus

L: meatloaf, 1/2 avocado, mayo

D: fab Japanese restaurant where I avoided the sushi, but had some sashimi (raw fish) and altogether too tasty yakitori (mini kebabs) to be safe... Oh, and a glass of Yuzu sake, plus a few spoonfuls of 4 mini-desserts, including a barely sweet black sesame ice cream. I think I'm drunk! It was a celebration, though, and worth it! :))

5.1 am
B: yogurt, pecans, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, strawberries, 4
11's black coffee
L: celery, olives, feta, avocado 1/2, sauerkraut and Olive Oil

Lots of water through out the day.
Note to self: not so much dinner in future...

@Amanda61 I don't know the best place to buy expensive ingredients but I have used Healthy Supplies, and 1kg of almond flour costs £12.50, so for me it's a treat for making small amounts of almond cheese bread. I mix it with golden flax seed (can be milled) which is only £3.99 for 1kg at the moment.

just go through this page alone...how can anyone argue that we don't eat well on low carb? the mind boggles..

Breakfast....scrambled eggs in butter....coffee
Lunch...Tuna, spinach, tomato and mayo
Dinner.......Turkey breast, cauliflower, broccoli tiny bit of gravy
Raspberries and jelly

I very much agree! I used to be really lazy about what i eat. Anything that makes me full and is tasty = OKAY.

But now, my consciousness is here and it's proving to be rather fun and interesting.

L : salmon, mixed veggies and 1 egg

D: 3 types of vegetables, 3 agedashi tofu with 3 pieces of fried mushroom and a tiny piece of chicken. 2 glass of white wine.

Snack : gouda cheese with almonds and dried cranberries.

I'm looking forward to prawns, tofu and veggies tomorrow! Slurp.

B: Boiled egg with spelt bread toast, butter & B12 spread; half avocado and goat's cheese. Similar BS results to yesterday's.
L: Gammon and salad with mayo.
D: Pork loin casserole with spicy tomato sauce, spinach, broad beans and cauli; later, rhubarb crumble and egg custard, made from recipes I found on here.

Roast turkey dinner tonight, but no roast potato - that experiment didn’t work for me. So tried new potatoes (not very daring, only 40g - 2 tiny ones). As it was a birthday dinner there was a cinnamon cake made with almond flour, Absolutely delicious and only 6g carb per slice. Husband and son went back for seconds so I’ll get a wee bit tomorrow. 4.7 before, up to 5.7 after 2 hours. I’m happy!

B: boiled egg, butter & blue cheese

L: courgetti in creamy chicken sauce

D: broth/stock cube; 85% choc with peanut butter on top

Breakfast.....2 boiled eggs...coffee
Lunch....One Lidl High Protein roll buttered, crispy bacon and mayo.......(OMG.....divine!!!!! )...and numbers only went from 5.3 to 6.2 after 2 hours for a whole Lidl roll so am VERY pleased with that :D :D :D
Dinner.....Steak cooked in butter with mushrooms and tomatoes
Raspberries and no added sugar jelly

Bacon and eggs
Celeriac and courgette spaghetti with pesto and goat cheese. Yogurt and berries.
Haloumi salad. Lotta salad. And cheese...

Just made some creamed spinach. May have it with roast chicken tomorrow evening or bake an egg in it for my breakfast
Loving fat bombs as evening treat butter, coconut oil, peanut butter, cocoa/coffee and tad xylitol
Ice cube tray. Freeze. Yum

B: a fantastic breakfast omelette
L: not needed
D: chicken curry, cauli cheese made with Brie :hungry: (Will add cranberries next time) and sugarsnaps. Panna cotta from tescos. It comes with a sweet raspberry sauce, and says it is 15 g carbs. So I reckon scraping the sauce off must reduce the carbs to less than 5 g.
