Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

80 mg/dl or 4.44 mmoles/l an that means a huff instead of a chuff. But could somehow related to the first Ashes test , where the better side prevailed. May also be related to my first 16 hour fast.

11.3 this am ...must admit never been that high before in a morning and I had no supper too ...:(
 
Morning. 5.4 this morning.

Off to catch a train shortly as no2 son is doing the Great British 10k in London. Me and his girlfriend are going as his cheer squad come pack horse to carry all his gear from the start to meet him at the finish and same as last year its raining.

Lots of walking for me today.
