Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

4.2 this morning. Not great started a MELAS flare after falling in the bath on Wednesday morning. GP has emailed specialist in Oxford so they can send me a review appointment and given me some keto sticks cause sugar levels going crazy
 
7 this am after a bedtime sugar of 6, I'm finding that if it eat lots of dairy ie cream and cheese in the day it puts my sugars up in the am! BS now 6.5 after metformin and a brekkie plus my cinnamon tea.
 
First one under 6 for ages 5.9 at after a night of drinking and dancing ( the drunken sort lol;)) took bg when I got in at 4am and that was 5.1 :)

Hi Hun, hope your not in pain from your fall. I had never heard of MELAS before and after looking it up I am really gutted you or anyone has it. Hope your BS calms down, "nothing to see here folks"....

Thanks GC am in a bit more pain than normal but will be OK topping tramadol up with paracetamol. I am used to it cause had it since birth so know no difference. BS has been a bit better today highest been 8 after lunch.
 
Morning online diabetics lol. Better figure this morning, 8.3 mmol/l so I am happier now, it should settle downwards soon. I am monitoring 6 times a day until what's normal for me. Well I need to prep my insulin injection now so ta ta. :)
 
5.1 for me this morning off to church for holiday club service and pack holiday club things away till next year. It was a brilliant week

Also, this morning I weighed in at exactly ten and a half stone. Another milestone reached!
 
I can't understand it 10.3 this morning how can it go up during sleep?
