Thinking of writing a poem called "RIP Dear Pancreas".

I want a copy (though my pancreas is not "dead". Only its islets of Langerhans have packed in. I'd like it to know now that I'm still extremely grateful for all the other things it does for me. And so it shouldn't get in any more of a huff. ).
 
Could i have a copy please? Thank you. ☺ (Can't be that depressing. I live and look after my mum who has B12 injections, strokes, seizures, alzheimers and a benign brain tumour)
 
Just a side note: My pancreas isn't dead. But poetically, it is because it doesn't function.
 
My pancreas probably still does things for me and I appreciate that, even though it doesn't make any insulin. That why I say at the end of the poem "I hope one day I'll see you again" because I hope one day there is a cure and it works again
 
I really like it. Definatly one that should be published or something. Not sure how but it should be (I am a type 1 who works full time shifts and looks after my mum when i can)
