Delighted with my reading this morning - 6.2! Could be because I slept for 10 hours? Happy with it, anyway!

Emma I'm the same. Lowest I've been is 6.3. Can't seem to get it lower. Today was 7.6.

It's frustrating isn't it?! Saying that I was 7 today so that's the lowest fasting one so far. Not perfect but I'll take that for now :)

It's sooooo frustrating! All day I'm perfectly within the nice ranges. It's just this morning one. Can't seem to get it lower. A good friend of mine suggested doing a load of squats before bed so I'm going to try that!
