I am currently following the 5:2 fasting diet also low carbing and would really like someone who follows similar for a bit of feed back and support.

Hi I fast 2 days per week usually a tues and sat. On my fasting days I drink plenty of water and black tea /coffee. Typical low cal meal would be chicken salad, eggs bacon, fish and veg things like that. Up to 500cals

I have been reading this book Tim Feris "4 Hour Workout" but with more interest the slow carb diet and the introduction of beans as laungue beans .
