Hope someone in this group will answer this.
I take one Metformin a day with lots of restrictions on diet and eat only low carb diets with excercise and intermittent fasting. I finish my dinner around 4pm everyday and have my next breakfast next day at 9am, so 17 hours of intermittent...
Oh really, difference of 1 is still lot. Difficult to trust which one is giving correct results.
Anyone know what brand does GP use? I can't remember when I visited them last time.

This morning I tested with my old one which is GlucoNavi, the figure coming as 6.1, however with my new machine GlucoRx it comes as 7.3 a difference of 1.2 which I think is lot

I am thinking of putting a teaspoon of organic cocoa powder which has carbs 14g in 100g nutritional value in my pea protein powder for flavour.
How is your experience with the consumption of cocoa powder? Do you think it raises blood sugar?

Thanks for your comments. I actually eat less carbs. Last night I had cabbage shallow fry with little bit oil, plus peas chat ( Peas + oil+ onions+ ginger+ tomatoes) + hemp protein powder ( as I am vegan) . I also do 14 hours of intermittent fasting ( from 6:30pm to 8:30am) followed by yoga...
No matter how low carbs I eat in the night, the next day morning reading for my blood sugar is always 6.2. I take one Metformin in a day and that's too after dinner. Is 6.2 high in the morning??
