    I had recovered from my quad-bypass, tripped on the curb and cracked my head. Of course, I notified DVLA, 12 months later, I got my new licence. YAY! My latest hba1c has 54, and I'm morning regularly in the 7>6. And today 5.4.

    Well, there's a thing! over the last month I've been hospitalised with sepsis - yes sepsis. Morning numbers have been 5.6, .... 6.1. not too shabby.

    I have very little or no stamina. Previously, my walk home from the High Street took ten minutes. This week, it was an hour—yuck.
