    Powerful medicine that! PM. Having a persistent head cold along with sneezing rattles my head, and that hurts. 7.5 this morning. Still in the sloppy "7s".

    Well yes. I tripped and fell on my bonce giving me a Brain Bleed and a Clot. Required me to have surgery and 9 weeks of physiotherapy. I'm now very tired and quite weak. As I'm posting this I am finding it quite hard.

    Tuesday - 6.7 . . . Comfort eating as I deal with head pains and lethargy in my limbs, are counter to my decrease in numbers.

    Hi Gang! Well, after 9 weeks of rehab and absence from here, this morning 6.3. I fell and hit my head on the kerbstone. I had brain surgery to remove a clot and allow drain away from the brain. UGH! I know I'm amongst friends here - Chill and relax....
