I take one metformin aday this morning before breakfast my sugar levels were 7.5 is that ok

Thank you I tried ready break but that didn’t help so gone back to porridge and try that

can anyone tell me if weetabix can give you to much fibre as the last two after taking metformin I’ve gone to the loo fine then followed by a bit of diarrhoea

I’m on 2000 metformin a day and I get wind in my stomach is there a wind tablet I can take

I've been on anafranil 10mg for years I took that after breakfast then I went on blood pressure pill and colesteral tablet and I was told take the three at night don't think that agrees so going back to taken anafranil after breakfast see if that helps as never had a problem before the change

No not yet it's like a empty feeling and I want to burp a lot

Hi there have you had indigestion while on metformin , I do get wind

Had a lot of wind as well

Thank you in on a slow release tablet now have tried gaviscon hope that will help .

Hi there been on slow release metformin 500 since June last year .been find but find I get a bit of indigestion and wind try to rule different foods out had a lot of brown bread does any one have the same problem

Mine is 6.2 I was diagnosed last June
