My number stay at 9mml all day except rise with in 2 after eating. about 11mml in the morning am eating low carbs n on no med .what can I do to get number down
Some cheese or meat at breakfast. Bacon n eggs at dinner. Veg n chicken or salad with meat or fish. ive looked at low carbs meals .it's the early morning 15 these increase two 17 with then drop before tea then drop to 11 at bed times .decaf with cream at breakfast to more in the day
