    Weight loss. I'm 6 foot 2 and my weight plummeted to under 11 stone, eugh! Up 4/5 times a night to pee and moan in pain as i had excruciating muscle cramps in my feet, calves and ankles.     Evening highs

    I used to be high before bed as my Lantus doesn't last the full 24 hours either. But adding an extra unit to my dinner insulin has been a quick easy fix for me

    Nocturnal sweats. Causes?

    A couple of times now i've been waking up 2am/3am profusely sweating! :***: I thought it's because of night-time hypo's but on the occasions i can be bothered to take a reading i normally have a BG of 6 or even higher. So could it be my body reacting to a liver dump instead or something else...

    Hi! I've read in several places that insulin is absorbed fastest in the stomach, then more slowly in the arms and thighs and slowest in the buttocks But does anyone know by how much? Ie. Is insulin absorbed 15 minutes more slowly in the buttocks than compared to the stomach? I'm just trying...

    If you take supplements, what do you take them for?

    Vitamin D3 and Omega-3/Cod Liver oil for general health. Also Turmeric And ZMA for male health :)
