Its delicious and wonder of wonders does not seem to spike me.
I am a bit wary of the colonic choo choo train, but I keep my intake low as a treat only.

Then eggs and bacon and it drops to around 6.5
I x Met and long walks/diet, but still have a few carbs
Last Hb1c 41 due for my annual in March not expecting a change.
Self test levels daily after meals so I know what spikes me and avoid..

Morning levels are at around 7.5 but drop steadily during the day, raise during meals but drop back after 2-3 hours.
I am taking 1 Metformin a day and exercise with regular walks and control my diet and test my bloods to see what works !
Doctor is happy with my annual appointment...
I was diagnosed 2016 T2 with a blood sugar of 12.5 for the past year I have been tested at 5.6 my advice is get a blood sugar tester, you need to know what you are in real time and how differ foods effect you, so that you can take action.

I too found Lindt 90% chocolate but be careful it is addictive and you can soon get out of control
I am now chocolate free and hope to stay that way its too easy to fall back into old habits by starting as

Can anyone confirm the information on Blood glucose levels DB/UK gives the following on a web page
Normal: Below 42 mmol/mol (6.0%)
Prediabetes: 42 to 47 mmol/mol (6.0 to 6.4%)
Diabetes: 48 mmol/mol (6.5% or over)
But the mmol to % figures are different to others available, for instance 42mmol...
Can any one confirm these figures posted on the DB/uk website as they seem at odds with other information for instance 6% is not 42 just a bit confused any-who my latest info is Morning 6,2 now on 2xMet and my abc1 was 42 2 months ago.

This morning a 7.3 for me. April ABC1 thingy down to 42 doctor very pleased.
Did a BG this week and had a 4.8 where did that come from wish I could replicate
back to my normal 5s 6s and 7s don't want to lose any more weight at 6.4"
and a BMI of 26 I now look like a shaved bird
