    Thank you all. Well "stuck on 28" is actually positive. I haven't been able to stick to my diet as I've been travelling for the job a lot, så I'm very pleased. I was afraid it would be sky high.

    Yes. Before a link to the internet was also attached. Now they're starting to link to forums and education on LCHF but still based on how each patient is motivated for change. If your BMI is over 50 they offer a Gastric Bypass surgery.

    It's a kind of LCHF I guess. In general: Breakfast: Mon - Thu: 1 egg and 1 orange or 150 gr. strawberry Fri - Sun 30 gr of oatmeal (oatmeal only. No added sugar or fruit) and 1 orange or 150 gr. strawberries. Lunch: Minimum 300 gr. vegetables 120 gr. fish/smoked fish/chicken/turkey etc...
