    Yes. Before a link to the internet was also attached. Now they're starting to link to forums and education on LCHF but still based on how each patient is motivated for change. If your BMI is over 50 they offer a Gastric Bypass surgery.

    My bloodtest results from August 5th. Not sure about the English translation. However. Bloodpressure was down from 140/83 in May to 129/83 and my weight is down to 109 kg.

    Due to on-call duty for the rest of July and start of August, I'm confined to my apartment and laptop. However just cleared the terrace for new flooring and cleaned the boys' litterbox. Fun work.
