Arthritis pain quite bad over the last couple of days, probably due to the change in the weather. I think that's what's pushing my BGs higher...

Apparently yoga is really good for arthritis. I've been doing chair yoga I found on YouTube and will use it every other day until I get more flexible and it's nice and gentle. X
