114 this morning, I lost the conversion chart again but this is under my 5.8 (122) of yesterday and I am pleased with it. Off to the dentist but will find and print conversion chart later today.

Thank you to the moderator who added the converter for me.
This converter has a different conversion for my 114 but I am still happy with it. My target is 80 to 120 fasting glucose every day. Reporting my number every day helps keep me focused on meal planning and eating the right foods and quantities during the day. The likes are very nice too but the biggest benefit I see is that it is helping me stay focused.

Wow! I just read that you are eating under 25 carbs a day now. How do you feel? My suggested diet from my doctor is 140 carbs per day-I am probably eating a little more that that right now,

I am only eating about 70 grams of carbs and feel perfectly fine
