5.1 this morning after a rather worrying day yesterday when BG went up to the high eights to nines and wouldn't drop below seven all day despite very low carbs.

you may have caught a ..virus . there must be an explanation

today so far 5.1 fbg after breakfast 5.0, pre lunch 5.6 1 hour after 4.9 @ 2 hours 6.2 .
