Since shifting to very low carb, which has been working well for blood glucose levels, I am finding that I'm getting deposits on my teeth. Can anyone suggest what is happening?

It makes my teeth feel like there is a layer of stuff on them. Not visible, but feels rough to the tongue and is removed by electric brushing. Feels like a thin deposit of powdery stuff, but I don't know.

And beware the fact that oxalates are a common cause of kidney stones, so if you're going high oxalate make sure you go high water quantities as well....
